Foam Seal is a PATENTED two part polyurethane spray foam adhesive. Foam Seal provides an efficient method of bonding roof sheathing to trusses and rafters. The foam is sprayed to the underside of the roof from inside the attic. It is applied to both sides of the truss and to the plywood connections. The foam works like a high
powered water tight glue, strengthening the structure of the roof by more than 4 times that nails alone. Water intrusion through the roof is the most costly form of damage during a hurricane. With Foam Seal not only is the roof stronger, but it will also create a water barrier underneath the roof.

This is a familiar sight after a storm. A Cat I or II hurricane can cause enough damage to your roof to allow for water intrusion. Once the roof covering fails, there is nothing to keep water from leaking into the attic, which starts the mold growing process.
